Returns Policy
This Returns Policy applies to products purchased from
eShopNI.com Ltd only and not any other supplier advertising
or selling through the eShopNI.com website. Each product
product purchased on eShopNI.com checkout system will clearly
show who the supplier is. Please check you purchased a product
supplied by eShopNI.com and not from an individual or business
using eShopNI.com to sell their goods or services.
eShopNI.com will accept whole orders (except special orders)
back unopened in the Original Packaging for whatever reason
within 7 days of receipt. You will need to return the goods
back to us via an eshopni.com approved courier, please note
the initial delivery cost will need to be covered by you.
eShopNI.com does not accept part order returns. eShopNI.com
will not accept part orders returned such as flooring or
any other products in situations that they are not required
or left over. We advise that all quantities are checked
prior ordering. eShopNI.com do not accept returns in the
case of items made to measure such as blinds or carpets
cut to size or any other order or part order that is made
to size.
All credits will be processed within 28 days. Please note
that eShopNI.com will only refund delivery costs if the
return is a result of eShopNI.com error. If you decide to
cancel your order before delivery for whatever reason, except
special orders, a £30 administration charge applies.
If an order has been dispatched further charges may apply.
In the case of a verbal order eshopni.com will always read
back your order at the time, and your agreement will form
a contract. eShopNI.com is unable to cancel or refund any
monies paid on special order items after they have been
ordered.
Check that all products are flawless before using them.
eShopNI.com will not accept any claims for damaged, faulty
or miss-described items such as flooring or other fitted
items once the flooring or other items has been installed
or fitted. Where the buyer has used or installed the goods
such use or installation shall be taken as conclusive evidence
that the buyer has accepted that the goods are in perfect
condition. You must accept full responsibility for the suitability
of the goods ordered for the purpose to which they are put.
Returns must be arranged beforehand by emailing orders@eshopni.com
to obtain a Returns Authorisation number.
These terms & conditions of sale do not affect your
statutory rights as a consumer. To understand our obligations
as a merchant in the UK consult "The Consumer Protection
(Distance Selling) Regulations 2000" which can be found

Returns
Are Simple!
Check the purchase was from eShopNI.com and not another
supplier advertising or selling through the eShopNI.com
website. Each product purchased on the eShopNI.com checkout
system will clearly show who the supplier is. Once you are
satisfied eShopNI.com supplied the product simply email
orders@eshopni.com to obtain a RA (return authorization)
number, provide full details of your original order:

Your name
Your email address
You must include the original shipping documents that you
received with your original order. This will help us find
your order to process the refund/return.
Within 30 days of receipt of your goods (including gifts),
subject to our terms and conditions, you may return any
of the following items to eShopNI.com, for any reason, for
a full refund (we will also refund the freight cost if the
return is because of our mistake):
- Any product in its original condition with original
packaging and accessories Any unopened (must be still
in its plastic wrap) CD, DVD, software, video game, cassette
tape, vinyl record, or VHS video tape
- Any software title purchased by download (you must delete
the software from your computer)
- We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased
from eshopni.com
- We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or
damaged. Items that are returned more than 30 days after
shipping, will be charged a restocking fee of

25 or 5% at our discretion. We cannot accept items returned
after 60 days or that are in unsellable condition, or
that have missing parts.

Special
Exceptions
Computers systems, mobile phones and some electrical goods.
These products cannot be returned more than 30 days after
shipping to you. Please contact the manufacturer directly
for return information where their returns policy is longer
than that listed at this site.

Exchanges
of Damaged or Defective Items
eShopNI.com can exchange items only if they are defective
or damaged. To exchange an item send and email to orders@eshopni.com

Refunds
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received
and processed the returned item. You will receive a refund
in the same manner of payment originally used for purchase
within 20 business days of our receiving your return. If
your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the
shipping costs from your refund.

Returning
a gift?
You'll receive a gift certificate for the value of your
return, which can be used at any time toward your purchases
at eShopNI.com. Gift certificates can only be used for purchases
from eshopni.com supplied products and not other products
supplied by any other business or individual on eShopNI.com.
The gift certificate will be mailed to you at the same address
to which the order was shipped.

Did
you use a promotional voucher, code or certificate?
If you paid for all or part of an item you want to return
with a promotional coupon or code, that part of your refund
will be credited to your account, available to use the next
time you place an order at eShopNI.com. This does not apply
if the promotion has expired.

Packing
and Sending Your Return
Just a few simple steps:
Send an email to orders@eshopni.com marked for the
attention of RETURNS DEPARTMENT and obtain a mailing label.
Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely
in a box. Please ensure you use sufficient padding to avoid
damage in transit.
All damaged goods remain your responsibility unless receipt
was declined by you due to damage in transit. You can use
the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box. Please
note that return mailing labels obtained from our RETURNS
DEPARTMENT are valid for domestic returns only. In addition,
if you use a mailing label provided by our RETURNS DEPARTMENT
and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping
cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund.

Lost
Your Packing Slip?
Don't worry! If you ordered the item yourself, you can
still return it via our RETURNS DEPARTMENT. What if the
item was given to you as a gift, and you don't have the
packing slip or the order number? No problem. Enclose a
separate sheet of paper noting the name and e-mail address
of the person who purchased the gift, along with the reason
for your return, and send the package to the appropriate
address below:
